Pretty sure it's a UV printer, not latex! I can't see latex fading that quick. UV is pretty bad in terms of lasting in the sun. 6 months seems a little low... But they could be using the cheapest coro, and aftermarket inks, etc. We printed on some lexan, and 3 years indoors and it's starting...

We'll... After trying for hours I figured it out. I went in from the back, lifted the bar up manually all the way... Didn't feel any resistance or nothing, tried it again and it seems to have fixed itself. Not sure why, maybe it got stuck before, but either way it works now.

I'd say it's not possible. Even near perfect... Even if you get it aligned correctly in the beginning, if there's even a little see it's going to go off. You could pick up a cheap / quick screen printing kit. If it's just in 1 color / text, it'd be easy to print on the backs in good...

Looks good. We generally only use hi-tac on plywood.. We just made the switch (Today actually) From Oracals hi-tac to Mactacs... it's a bit cheaper and the glue seems a bit stronger. Garbage/rain pales (Don't ask...) We just got some 3M Cast hi-tac in. I'll add the avery to my list of samples...

Do you know what material is being used? Thats a pretty strong jet... I of course haven't tried to pressure wash a sticker off, but I get the feeling all the products we use here (180 mainly, oracal for high tac) would peel right off if squirted with that force.
