    Those are just dirty jets, do a couple of normal cleans and it should clear it up, maybe even do a 15 minute head soak. No need for new heads.

    What material is 3m using for this?

    I'm sure it's printed on clear vinly in black & gray, once stuck on it becomes the car's color background.

    I know, why not make your first yardsign on a cardboard box top, using a black & red marker saying " Went out of business need money" and stand on some corner holding the sign up, probably make more doing that then making yardsigns plus there's no learning curve.

    Transp = transparency film Try printing it in double strike mode, also you can use a transparent white paper made just for making screens that works great.

    Why is that? I would say at least 75% of all full color high volume prints for advertisements are screen printed, not digitly printed.

    I have laminated full rolls of 165 feet many of times never went crooked on me. The key is to start off with a streight edge and your good to go.

I told her it wouldn't print as it looks on her computer on a banner, so I redesign it, and she was thrilled compared to what her's...
