  1. DIY Print head recovery system - Epson DX4 / DX5 heads, etc.

Perhaps for the same reason that I don't still provide basic instructions to my grown children how to find food. At some point we all need to work for the rewards of being in business. The rewards of hard work are better enjoyed after a reasonable attempt at SELF instruction. The greatest...

  6. If The Left Side Of The Roller Is Tighter Than The Right Side...

  7. If The Left Side Of The Roller Is Tighter Than The Right Side...

If by "drift" you mean to say which side will the finished product tend to be pulled towards? Your presumption is correct IF you are facing the infeed table, and not facing the out feed table [or like looking from the rear of the machine toward the front]. The tightest gripping side of any...

  16. Mimaki printers - Maintenance required when not in use?

Ken: Most of your questions "SHOULD" be asked of the vendor selling the equipment. After all they are paid to answer the pre purchase questions. Ask the seller. And YES inks will be damaged if frozen. To what extend I don't know, but am sure I would not recommend using frozen inks.

  19. My Big Squeegee workcenter.

Great idea. One problem I see immediately is when you move roll holder to storeage positionn the mounted rolls of substrate will come out of the slots. Dumping everything onto the floor. You need to devise a roll shaft holding devise to prevent that from happening.
  20. Forum text is so small. How can I make it bigger?

Honestly, I just hold down the "command" key and tap on the "+" key and on my screen the entire image gets larger with each tap on the "+" key. Use the "-" key to reduce the image on screen.:thumb:
