We'll check it again. We didn't see anything that looked out of place, but will recheck everything. We've changed both magenta dampers, switched the ink cartridges around to make sure the one wasn't bad and put in a new pump. Thanks for your input. Kim

We have a jv3. We had a bad test print and the magenta wasn't holding cleaning fluid. We changed the damper and suctioned ink into the new damper. Now we have absolutely no print in the second magenta position when we do a test print. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

My husband and I have been in the sign business since 1999. We're having trouble with our Mimaki JV3. When I did a test and print, both blacks were completely blank. We changed both dampers, used the syringe and fill up and did a strong cleaning. One came back fine, but I can't get the other...

Today the damper was empty again. Did a fill up, custody wash, etc. When I do the test and printing the far left black still shows nothing. I'm thinking it's a pump. Can anyone tell me how to change the pump. Thanks Kim

We have a Mimaki JV-3. This weekend I went to do a print and the registration marks didn't print. I stopped the print and did a couple of cleanings. Then did a print test and there was no black at all. Changed both black dampers. One is fine the other shows no difference. Any suggestions? Thanks...
