My Roland VS-540 prints out amazing colors on wrap vinyl.
Running double CMYK.
I am using Roland inks and cost is not a factor.
Customers are always happy about how the colors turn out. (less so about the price :-D)
Whatever you do ... Don't go cheap.
Thank you for your input Sightline.
Yeah ... I knew mentioning Tapcons would be a bad idea. I wasn't going to go that route.
I have "some" experience in installing these and would be using expansion sleeves like you say along with lag bolts.
Thank you for the link. I will be contacting...
I am also considering having them built.
The picture i posted is from a California company.
They list either a 4"x4" or 6"x6" mounting plate.
The pole is 1" square tubing. (i would go with the 6"x6")
If i can buy relatively close by (meaning a few days shipping) and the customer agrees...
Thank you for your replies guys.
This is what i am looking for. Style wise.
I would be using either lag bolts with steel shields in the brick or
Tapcon screws (if i can find heavy duty ones).
Hey guys.
I would like some suggestions on where to buy some exterior wall mount banner poles.

So far the only ones i can find are from companies out in California.
Searching for Canadian suppliers gives me allot of pole...
Hmmm ... I don't think eating my heart out is a good idea :noway:
It is pretty darn good pizza!!:thumb:
I'll just suffer eating my Turkey/Hot Cappicolo/Havarti cheese on baked potato/onion bread sandwich :Big Laugh:Big Laugh
I love my fax machine. Actually its a printer/scanner/fax combo.
As long as it keeps spitting out thousand dollar purchase orders i'll be keeping it. :thumb:
Digital print on a good quality intermediate vinyl with overlaminate (ie: Oracal 3651 with 210 laminate) then applied to the coroplast.
That will be your longest life coro sign.
I would never guarantee longevity on coroplast though.
I have an old SC-500 that was retrofitted with a Roland heater unit.
Haven't chucked it in the garbage bin yet.
Looks like the heater unit is the same kind.
If you need to replace yours let me know.
Yeah .. The 150.00$ art charge was what put it over the top.
Assuming you have a digital printer ...
I wouldn't have given a price for the logo. I would have simply stated:
- The best artwork is in vector format. You obviously do not have it in that format. And for me to convert it for...
