    I think they have both trans and op paint. Honestly why would you use acrylic if it wasn't going to light up? I know people do, but there are many better materials for, especially for outdoor use.

    I installed some at our local McDonald's, inside perf. It looks like it was clear perf printed backwards and them printed solid white, then solid black on top of that. The cut off's where in the box and the ends looked like this is how it was done. Customer supplied prints of course.

  20. Cutting .125 aluminum?

    I can cut .080 on my shear but nothing thicker. How often are you cutting that thick? I would guess it is plasma cut, especially if the corners are a radius.

    I would bet it is a software issue, I have had both plotters you have and they cut smooth and great. I know another shop that used some crap program and they had this jittery cutting problem. We hooked the plotter up in my shop and it ran fine. I think it is how the plotter is getting the...
