    Not going to work, wrong bit, wrong router. In the future if all you have is a "home depot" type router, use max-metal or poly metal instead of .040, it routes easily.

    Get used to this, pretty much how "sticker cutters" work.....I opened that file in under 10 seconds, it is ready to cut, opened in SignLab and Corel both without issue...guess you need some modern software.

    With every order I have a magnet care sheet I tape right on the magnet so there is no way to miss it. USE AT OWN RISK is in large print.....

    What you are going to end up doing is removing the skin of the sign and moving the structure to a new foundation then re-install the skin. more of a construction company type job....

  14. PDF Files VS EPS Files...

    I send 95% of my file from Corel to Versa using eps. Just this morning I tryed printing a customer's pdf, the small text got fuzzy and wierd, I was fearing printer problems. Double checked profiles and ran it three times. Ended up opening in Corel and re-sending as eps, printed with NO problems...
  15. Material Suggestions Needed.

    1/8" PVC with matte laminate, or dry erase if they want to re-use it. I use matte laminate cause markers seem to smear less than on gloss.

    Red .040 bent into a pan-box style sign is what we use.

    I like the flower box idea, but if someone wants to smash a window, not much is going to stop them. Move your shop to a nicer part of town....

    Didn't know people still did "layered" vinyl... PM signs, let me guess you do this at night, on the side, with a cricut, cause someone charged you too much for a "sticker"... LOL Nice design anyway....
