Fred, that is odd. The Mac and PC CS2 files are not platform specific. Must be some anomaly. The only issues between the 2 are ps fonts.

If you have cs2 there is a trick to converting the fonts to paths. Let me know.

Custom.. as in someone either modified an existing font or created from scratch. You cannot buy it. Not 100% sure but I've never seen it and I've studied fonts for 17+ years

Live trace was not introduced until CS2. CS has a trace function, but it is not called livetrace.
