I had a similar problem a few weeks ago on my SP-540v, I had changed cap tops last October, after my post on Signs101, it was suggested that I change the cap tops so I did and now my nozzles are firing at 100% now. I was very surprised to learn that the cap tops only last about 6-9 months...

My vehicle templates are 1:20 scale, so I just multiply by 2000% to get the full size. You are saying yours are 1/25 scale, so that sounds like it's one / twenty fifth scale, so multiply by 25 times, should equal full size. :smile:
