I used Oracal 651 because it was recommended to me. After a couple of years using it, I find it is the worst vinyl to work with. It does last good for the most part. I find Arlon to be the easiest to work with for applications with the Big Squeegee. I was impressed with Mactac for wraps but...
I just got through cleaning the heads of a SolJet ProII SJ 740. It had been setting with ink in it for over 2 years. I got most of the heads to work near 100%. How long has yours been sitting?

I have heard quite often that the Big Squeegee had raised the confidence level of people who were new to the sign business. It has helped a good many new businesses grow and do things that they would not even consider before getting a Big Squeegee.

Cut about a foot of material off so you have new media to test with.
Check the vacuum settings. Try it on high and low.

Have you got the limit switch that is on the right hand side...
The edge of the paper should be centered on the line of holes along the right hand side. The video shows it overlapping the holes by about 1/4 inch.

I have had problems with too much light over the machine hitting the sensors. Something else to check. Turn down the lighting.
