Carefull with your hands as well when applying on cold glass. The glass can fog up under your skin wich will give you problems sticking down vinyl.

We use what's called a "baker". Kind of a mobile scaffolding unit that painters use. Ours has about a 30"x96" plank. Closest picture i could find on google is this. Not exactly what we have but close.

Offering credit card payment is just good sense. It's another method of you collecting money! Makes it easy to get a deposit for a job on the spot.

I also use Square. No complaints here. The majority of my payables are cheques received in the mail but offering on site credit card processing has been a really nice addition to payment options. And when i don't use it i don't have to pay anything.

You should always have an extra set of ink on hand. Wait until the printer itself tells you to change the cartridge. How long you can print after the Versaworks warning depends on what you are printing. I had a warning for a color and was able to keep printing allot before the printer itself...
