there are ways to go...so i am 'told'
and then i am 'told' you scratch your head and wonder why you went...
oh i remember now because we are 'told' we can't go there...gives it kind of a mystique, a third world romance,
let me just tell you that i am 'told' you aren't missing a...
lol giving himself the 'good post'....someone doesn't want to 'toot' their own horn but 'beep...i mean blah blah' i've got to agree with Jill.
design RULES we don't need no stinking rules...uhm yes you do.
yep ProWraps has it...this one's a do over
regarding grey adhesive materials wet...there is some new products in the works.
in fact Pro why dont you pm me your mailing address you would be a good product tester in this area if you are interested.
i was on an offshore sailing trip where we had been at sea for 22 days and someone pulled out a can of this cheese and i rolled my eyes thinking the same thing....just like spam or deviled meats....it blew my mind and i originally am from a place with incredible local dairies and cheese makers...
i knew you'd come around and straighten me out...thank you.
i purchased a gas station years ago what a headache with soil samples, dept. of environmental quality, etc etc ... but the layout of many of them would make a great location for many signshops and for the most part they are in good...
seems like this one pops up every few months. i have never seen results from this site that any of my clients would accept. it will never be a replacement for manually recreating artwork...ever
50 pound box of $5 bills
great quality box of chocolates, in my opinion if you are going to give a cheap o box from the grocery store...just dont do it at all.
i know architectural sign companies that make signs in this manner simply to make it cost ineffective for another sign company to duplicate a one off sign and force them to order changes from them. they make duplicate parts at the time of the initial order and have them sitting in storage...
just a note myself i am not a fan of that primer or the 'other' big name hdu primer i'm trying not to throw anyone under the bus here. what i have found is that by moving to a higher pound of hdu i can finish it with kilz or NO primer at all and the holes are small enough that they are filled...
Ursta i am a big fan of your design work and love this design as posted as a design. but the illuminated version is difficult to read not sure if it is just the photos or if it is actuality. i can think of a few things that would make it easier to read when illuminated heavier fonts (word pizza)...

i;ve seen this technology as it has been developed in various stages and forms for the last 12-15yrs and i agree it looks much better in photos than it does in real life.
i have only encountered one situation with very controlled conditions where i could really see any advertising value for...
to the OP the more you add the more i shake my head.
from everything you have added you sound like that know it all customer that doesnt know what they dont know and the sign companies you have been working with have been too polite to let you know it.
another 'new' sign shop just posted...
the best way is to include an artwork charge in every new clients order and to avoid the conversation completely, it isnt worth my time because 9 times out of 10 "if' they have artwork it is unusable or needs repair and they dont want to pay for it to be fixed because they 'supplied' you with...
i;ve explained many times why i am not and will not be a paying member under the current structure. if i was to build that membership you talk about what would my commision be?
but even then i highly doubt you would ever do it.
yep they learn the basics..how to install cut vinyl lettering to windows, banners and such. then someone comes in and asks them to build, change or repair an electrical sign and they dont have the sense enough to know what they don't know...we see it everyday here.
so yes you can 'teach'...
Big this is so far from my experiences and the experiences of thousands of clients i just can;t bite my tongue here. THE ONLY material failures that i have ever encountered from an arlon product is from end user error applying with windex or other crazy stuff.
not sure what your agenda is but...
