I don't know about the cost - replaced mine with an OEM unit.
It is dead easy to change out.
Just a couple of screws and reset of the pump life counter.
It is laid out step by step in the service guide.
If you don't have a copy PM me your email and I can send you one.

Let him use it and then show up at his office and ask him to move away from his desk so you can use his computer to fill out all the needed paperwork for the permit.

"Jigs or templates have been known long before the industrial age. There are many types of jigs, and each one is custom-tailored to do a specific job. Many jigs are created because there is a necessity to do so by the tradesmen. Some are made to increase productivity through consistency, to do...
It's strange but it seems that Flexi will work against you if you give it half a chance.
I'm running 8.6 to drive a printer. More than a few times I've re-run a saved job from the Program Manager(without opening) just to find
that Flexi, all on it's own, re-ganged the copies so they run down...

Never mind I just re-read that you replaced the sensor.
>>
Have you cleaned the sensor?
It can get misted over with ink overspray or even a bit of lint can get in there.
I remove the sensor and take the edge of a credit card wrapped with a alcohol (watered down) swab and pass it back...
Not sure this is exactly what happened. 94 does not feel sticky when it dries but it seems as soon as it interacts with the adhesive it becomes sticky. The IJ we used had the medium gray adhesive and what was left on the truck was the clear primer. I think the primer failed. The welds that we...
Interesting experience with Primer 94/IJ180c.
We wrapped a fleet of fuel tankers in IJ180c/8519. They were a mix of old and new trucks some painted white and others raw aluminum.
We primed all the welds with the 94 as they wouldn't allow us to use any heat (other than the sun) on the tubes to...
This made me laugh

Then it made me question my masculinity, I had to take my Xacto and stuck it in my leg to make sure I was still a manly man......

the title is "Show Your Joe" I wonder why Old Paint is not in it.
Interesting topic for another thread but we better not derail this one.
I withdraw my Snowden and double up on my dog collar idea.

I think your real solution would be to skip the remote monitoring stuff and see if you could hire a trusted manager.
No matter how carefully you are watching them or their screens they would be more productive with a sup who could keep them focused and take care of issues that effect their work...
I've been thinking of trying these here, I'll let you know how it works out.

That looks very much like the last stage of calendered vinyl failure to me.
Maybe two of the signs were given to the lowest bidder to see what he could do......
