He wants to pay with Paypal. I know from experience it's very easy for a buyer to get a refund by filing a complaint with Paypal. So I assume they will pick the machine up then claim it's not as described and get their money back.

I just had ink tubes go bad. Check for air in the lines. If it's letting air in it will print for a minute, fill the head with air and pffft.

Wet down the vinyl with soapy water first then go hard with a big wide sharp scraper. Now it's all wet anything you dislodge should drop to the floor. Still a biatch though.
