  1. Whats up with my cutter?

I know I have seen this problem addressed before on the forum, but my search turned up nothing. Perhaps I'm at a loss for the proper search words? Anyways, my plotter is not making perfect cuts lately. At first it seemed that it was mostly on the smaller 1" type letters that would have an...

  4. Dog Lover's... can i ask your advice... pleeeease?

I think that would be an excellent way to handle it, providing you don't have a problem with this same vet doing the surgery. I'd leave out the lawsuit part (at least to begin with), but definately say something about their shoddy work. Wow, you wern't exaggerating about the boulder...
  5. Too high for me!

Man, you need to tune into the Discovery Channel more often. Either a helicopter..... or like building a skyscraper, where they have those cranes that get mounted near the top of the structure itself. When the structure goes higher, they mount the crane higher......but, I'm only guessing...

  14. customer wants .pdf what would you do?

I guess the way the OP described the situation, I would say the customer owned the image rights. "paid for all of it"......I read that as a "time & materials" type of thing. "Design fee".....I do not read that as design time....but could be. I would have to say the OP is leaving us...
  15. customer wants .pdf what would you do?

:help Unlimited reproduction rights? Not the same thing at all. The customer paid for the design. At the very LEAST give them a high-rez (rasterized) pdf. I'm leaning towards the full vector version. The equivalent would be like paying istock a large sum to acquire a picture they didn't...
