I use Onyx 7.3 and a Summacut 120.
After a couple of disastrous print/cuts over about 2.5 metres I always try and keep my jobs under that length and have accurate reliable cuts.
Sorry to not have a solution.
I used an HP5500 for a lot of outdoor stuff - shortish term on flat surfaces only. I got 3 years out of some windows. Decent outdoor media is more expensive than solvent though.
Yeah I have a 745EX and a Summa cutter. Great combo. Don't know why anyone would want a cutter in their printer unless you were really pressed for space.

I'm thinking of getting a new eco solvent printer in a few months.
We have a Roland 745EX and it's fine for what it is but I need something a little quicker on vinyl and paper.
I was thinking of the new Seiko V64S or maybe the Epson GS6000. Anything else in this price range?
Any owners of...
You don't say if you've done this but you can go into the printer menu and tell it to keep printing even after the bladder tab pops out, thus it keeps printing until all the ink is used.
Occasionally a cartridge won't pop the tab out and will run right to the end. Just pop a new cart in and do...
