Grimliteston. My longtime and superb supplier Garston was bought out by Tubelite a couple months ago, now GRIMco is their owner. They delivered 4 days a week on their own trucks and carried a full line of sign supplies. This sucks.

I agree, run the business doing the jobs you want to do at the pace you want to. Sounds like you'll still have plenty of work.

I wouldn't use a $40 transformer off Amazon. But since its your own piece give it a shot. But no matter what the numbers should match

The best way to do these is with a vendor like Fossil. They have a great product with a great warranty. But we had a client who couldn't afford them and we did reverse prints on clear lexan with a pvc backer mounted to a stand fabricated from pressure treated. They lasted a long time.

Yea, I'm going show them a full background first and let them know if they choose contour there's a chance it will start peeling. If they do contour I will also edge seal

I have a client who wants some contour cut window perf logos & lettering for the side rear windows of a big SUV. I have only done perf as panels that cover the whole area. Will these be OK? Thanks

Agree with Gino, kinda. Two single face panels with a couple steel channels sandwiched in between to add weight and stiffness. They can also stick out enough to act as hangers

Did the company making the face tell you how it goes in? Looks like all the retainers may come off, which would make it pretty easy. Take off top and two sides and drop face it and put retainers back on. Install, two guys, two big step ladders, about an hour, maybe more. Plus travel time. But if...

Agree, vinyl ink for screen printing. Used to letter a lot of awnings with it. Just thinking about it gives me a headache.

I only use Gatorboard, all the other foam materials I've tried weren't as rugged. I'd get a sample of both and compare

Did you try Glantz or Garston? Since this is a cheap customer you should have just applied new print over the old faces. Unless they are backlit.

Nice. I've done them as a big A frame that locks in on the bottom.

There is a Gerber Dry Erase vinyl but it is a PITA to print on. Better to print on regular vinyl and apply dry erase laminate
