I do not believe your banding issue has anything at all to do with the black print head if that is your test print. Do a search on here for "banding" issues. There are several things that can cause that. But that test print looks pretty darn good to me.

Thanks all. I'm now talking with a parts supplier for this machine. I'd like to have the control board here before I try messing with the existing one.

Was wondering if anyone has experienced a failure of the control board on their GBC Titan? At least that's what we think it is. (the only way to stop the roller (once started) is the E-stop). It won't respond to the "stop" button. The machine is 54" if that makes any difference.

We are currently trying to find (2) employees. We are using ZipRecruiter.com At least you're near a major market. We're about 50 miles from a big city. Zip Recruiter will put your ad on at least 100 job boards. (Monster, Indeed, etc.) Fairly moderate pricing for the ads.

I have no info on that machine or maker, but please give some thought to (repair) service after you own it. Is tech service readily available? How about parts? Just my .02.
