  5. First Video- Digital 2350 Sheets p/ hour

Ill say this... it is over 4MM, but under 6MM as it sits today. Although this printer will print on any rigid substrate between 1/16" - 1/2" thick, we are primarily a corrugated box printer. We have printed on foam core and with the proper chemistry for pre-coating the sheets, we should be...

  11. Cutting Holes In Foamcore

Zund will not cut a 1/4" dia hole cleanly. Esko can get to a much smaller dia due to the blade they use. I would still cut mine with a mallet and a tube punch, if you are talking only a few dozen holes

  16. Kongsberg XP vs Zund G3

I have never owned a Zund but we have 3 Kongsberg cutters. It is rock solid and built to last a long time. One of them is 12 years old and runs like the day it was new. I recently considerred the Zund and concluded it was definitly better than the Gerber, but not as solid as the Esko... The...

  19. Die cut aluminum

I would suggest that you order the blanks from any sheet metal fabricator in your area, and have them sent to a screen printer separately. The equipment to bang out those blanks is significant, and I doubt any screen printer would also have metal stamping capabilities. Good Luck, Rick
