What I said earlier appears to have gone unnoticed. Cows are steers are slaughtered by an air piston driven rod that is placed, you guessed it, in the middle of their forehead. It drives a 1" round steel rod into their brain. i don't think you want that imagery :)

Anyone who grew up on or around a cattle farm, and is knowledgeable about how cattle are slaughtered knows why you shouldn't stick a keyhole on the steer's forehead....

I like the bottom on in Phillip's set as well! I still think that SOMETHING in the logo needs to address the target market of golfers.

One thing to keep in mind is that if this product is like "The Club", then it is a horizontally oriented object. The logo needs to also be horizontally oriented in order to maximize viewing on the object...

I think that you need to have a conversation with your client about who is target market is. Golf carts are, for the most part, used by golfers. Take a look around at the types of branding you see being used in that market. None of it (at least that I am aware of - and I'm an avid golfer)...

Just to clarify, I do the maintenence that is suggested on the stickers religiously. What I had to do to fix the problem was actually REMOVE tha large grey "cap" on the left end of the printer. It's about 12"x12"x8". It has the MUTOH logo on it. In order to do so i had to remove the roll feed...

So far i've tried Tri-Solv 12 mil poster paper, Oracal 3651, Brightline Duration, CV-3, and some 10mil rolled PVC. The problem is in the same area of the print path, regardless. Poster paper is what the supplied image was printed on. What's an edge guard?

The reprints are having the exact same issue REGARDLESS of media type. I've tried this with poster paper, Oracal 3651, CV-3, and rolled 10mil PVC. Same issue, same place on the print path. And yes, head is in high position. Any other ideas?
