thanks everyone! Brad, I agree with both points. The "representatives" is a carry over from Tim's wording & I've tried to not get so edit-happy that I don't use anything he wrote, but that had bugged me a bit too, so "us" will be better. Regarding rolls, I think I'll swap in "widths"!

this is dangerous territory. Why not buy inks slowly & carefully. monitor your usage, buy more when low, demand fresh inks from your supplier & only put fresh inks in your printer... ...anything else is like eating really really hot pizza, when you're really really drunk... the pain mechanism...

think of illy drawings like a coloring book. The "preview' mode is the coloring... any kid can come in a make any mess he wants, but underneath that is the black line drawing (the "outline" view) Your plotter ONLY sees the vectors in outline mode. Turn off the preview!! Outlines NEVER show...
