I've been working on similar deals. Not only is it good for the vehicle owner, to offset his costs for the top 2/3, but it's good for the sign guy, creating an ongoing changing message account.

I don't understand the website you linked to. It looks good, except for some alignment issues in the top 3 lines of copy, both vertical & horizontal... but besides a link to the army site which is a nice looking sense, but illogical... the other two large graphics on top of the page takes...
