  2. Big Squeegee a HUGE Help!

Like WOW!!! 4. Looking for a portable printer

Agree with Edge AND BN-20. I have both here. The Edge produces stellar decals very fast. The BN-20 is strictly for heat transfer material. Doesn't run too often, but when it does, speed is definitely not an issue. Makes for some very nice looking shirts!! It's also my way of keeping a little...
  5. Only buy HP Latex inks from dealer who sold you machine?

Agree with Colorado on this one. The only thing that voids warranty is using 3rd party inks. If you are using OEM inks the Warranty is fine regardless of where you purchase the inks. That's the way it works in my neck of the woods anyhow. My warranty was up 2 years ago and I still buy OEM inks...

  7. Anyone seen one of these before?

Wondering if anyone has seen or knows where one could buy something like this? It is a table-top punch for larger holes. I need a punch to do 7" and 8" holes in cover stock and have spent way too much time on Google with no luck at all! This particular one pictured apparently cuts 15-20 sheets...

  12. I had to look twice!

I had to look twice at this image (how many vehicles do you see at first glance?). One of the coolest wrap jobs I've seen in a while... very creative! :thumb:
  13. How should you clean area before placing decals?

Did my truck last week. Used Rapid Prep to clean and Rapid Tac to apply. Easiest time I've ever had applying vinyl to a vehicle! (Thanks again for the tip/advice Jill!! :loveya:). Interesting relationship you and Suki (did I get that right?) have! :ROFLMAO: Yep, truck looks great, but off it...
  14. Can you put decals overtop of decals?

Don't see no reason why that shouldn't work! :thumb:
  15. I love 3M.

Well, that pretty much sums it up... AND it makes perfectly good sense. I'm guessing that when 3M asked for this info from Colorado, they didn't do the best job of explaining the details behind the request. I think you've cleared it up rather well here! :goodpost:
  16. A fun project, using Photoshop & Corel! Feedback?

They look great... and vintage! Good job! :thumb:
  17. For the weekend....................

Have a great long weekend my American friends! I for one am proud to be a northern neighbor to such a great nation!
  18. Cleaning Substrates...What do you use?

+1 on the 99% IPA (Isopropyl Alcohol). I wouldn't recommend windex, as it has waxing agents in it... Fortunately, I happen to have two 5-gallon drums of 99% IPA "left over" from when we used to to offset printing. It will last me a long time... and it smells good! :ROFLMAO:
  19. Company Truck

I'll look into the tailgate ones too! The reason I went with cut vinyl instead of printing is because I didn't like the richness of the blue I was getting on my printer when I tried (exactly what you suggested)! And I have a lot of those two colors of vinyl hanging around from doing...
  20. Company Truck

Thanks for the comments and positive feedback! I really like your suggestions Baz & Gino. I will work on that. I agree Baz... if I do a window perf, it will turn more heads for sure! Just need to come up with a catchy design that won't clash with everything else! And okay, okay... I...
