Black ink gets used the least out of CYMK. Less flow through the black nozzles allows ink to sit longer and start to clog up. The black channel is almost always the first to start to go bad on a 4 color printer.

Looks like you got it done.
The layout is pushed a little too close to the edges, next time leave a little white space around the borders.
(That offset doorway it throwing everything off, I'd ask them to move it to the center and fix that second light.).

I don't, but I figured it would have to be a good deal larger if it was used to store those customers that come in requesting a "Calvin peeing on something" sticker for their vehicle.....
You are building something really nice with this new shop - thanks for posting these work in progress...

If you lined the inside with activated charcoal & some lime you could store a body there for months with no one catching on.....

I think Visual800's advice is solid - you have a plan - stick to it.
And as you said, it's not a tattoo across your butt - you can change it easily if it does not work for you.
The bigger point being the Mayan calendar is winding down to zero and in about 30 days the "Impact" part of your logo...
Looks like something has spilled out of the box.....
I agree with the others - logo looks very good - background needs love.
Hard to say what customers will think, guess it will depend on who you are trying to reach.

Have any 1mil smooth pvc or styrene?
Cut to size and hold in place with banner hem tape.

I don't have much use for it.
If you do a search here of the Vector Doctor & auto trace you can see...
Ahh, gotcha - my bad. I'll blame it on working until 2am last night getting some prints out.
I started with Draw and picked up Illustrator later to take care of client's files.
So normally the first app you learn will be the one you will be most comfortable working with.
Draw's editing tools...
If you are trying to master vector software using the auto vectorizing feature in any of them is counter productive. The way to learn to draw properly is to do the tracing yourself.
Look for tutorials on how to trace.
Doing so you will get an idea of the best way to approach a complex object...
From the thumbnail I can't read your name at all. But as most vans are not viewed as thumbnails I'm not sure that is relevant..
The ink spatter stuff seems a little dated, pre diamond plate, barbed wire woodland-camo era.
