    Hopefully the new set of inks work for you... that would be the ultimate solution of course! Let us know what happens for sure. I have never heard of the EEPROM reset either... gotta keep that in my notes for future reference! :smile:

    If you push through too slowly, it will go to the load screen before it grips the material. Check and see if you are hesitating at all. Get it lined up underneath and push it through as quick as possible.
