ND Graphics & Proveer carry their own (equivalent) products too. I've tried the Proveer product and it is just as good in my opinion. Give them all a call and ask for sample rolls. :smile:

Yep... what they both said! Has happened to me a couple times and it was a faulty cartridge. HP replaced them PROMPTLY and didn't even require the old ones to be returned. I still have a full "faulty" Cyan cartridge sitting on my shelf that I can't use. Too bad!! :Sleeping:
