  1. Sticky keyboard

I'd try electrical contact cleaner first.
  2. Big block snow blower

Nah, bottles need to be refilled. A single 101mm pro-mod turbo will do the trick running around 15psi. Well that and running e85 so you don't need an intercooler. Can't forget EFI either to control it. Of course you could always run e85 with a carb'ed blow through set-up. Stainless hot side...
  3. I have hit a new all time low in my career

Ding ding. We are doing more of this type of work. You want the best pricing? Then bring us ready to rock artwork. Preflight consists of seeing if the RIP will load the file.
  4. Big block snow blower

Love it. Could use it to shoot the driveway snowbanks over the roof and into the backyard.
  5. I have hit a new all time low in my career

I do exactly what the client wants and collect a check. Papyrus three feet tall with an outer glow and drop shadow? We can do that. Trying to be a font cop doesn't put food in my mouth or a roof over my head.
  6. Synergy Green wrapping Vinyl

If the vinyl is not going over compound curves, rivets, style lines etc...I base/clear vinyl. Should be good to go on the sides of the Pete'.
  7. Un-interrupted Power Supply

Brown outs and voltage fluctuations are different than losing power. I'm no electronics expert, but I think what you need is a line conditioner. Something that puts out a pure sine wave along with regulated voltage.
  8. Where to buy blades?

    We use Summa blades.
  9. Totally Free Trailer Template Anyone?

    Thank you. You're very generous.
  10. Applying Laminate By Hand?

We laminate small jobs all the time.(less than 18"x24") Get yourself a Big Squeegee and a piece of glass. The glass is essential to getting a nice smooth finish.
  11. SignWorld Customer Service

Just wanted to say SignWorld has great customer service. We ordered a retractable banner stand with print and the case had a tear in the fabric and the liner was cut. Took a pic and emailed them. Jennifer responded right away with an apology and is sending a new case. The quality of the...

    You are The One.
  13. Software to run CNC Machine.

Trying to watch G code running on screen is akin to watching scenes from the Matrix.
  14. Printing/contour cutting accuracy?

Print /Cut rigs are fine for shorter runs.(under four feet) For accuracy get a stand alone cutter like Summa.
  15. Epson® SureColor® F2000 Direct-to-Garment Printer

It's a nice piece, but not $20K nice. (honestly do not understand why they cost so much) I'll stick with running Eco Print through my Roland.
  16. How bad did I do!! Shop van wrap design.

My eyes jump all over trying to find the message, but that's just...Hey look a chicken! What was the question?
  17. Hey guys wondering if anyone has the color swatch for Can-Am yellow or a close one?

If the client wants a perfect match I get a spray can of the factory color made. Works like a champ although the "converted" vinyl has to be applied to a relatively flat surface. I used to airbrush vinyl years ago to get the effects/colors I wanted. It's quite durable.
  18. "No Guns Allowed" logo design challenge

    LOL Good one.
  19. Get Ready... Sprinter NO MORE!

One of my clients bought a couple Sprinters. His crew hated them with a burning passion. Went back to Chev 3500 series work vans. Odd.
  20. "No Guns Allowed" logo design challenge

Around here most of those decals came down shortly after they went up. Big lawsuit because of them. I'll try to be brief: If you decide to not allow guns/weapons you are now legally responsible for "someones" safety. The word someone in quotes referring to a legal CCW permit holder. Being a...
