  1. Houston, we have liftoff.

GB2 is right. Sorry Dan but it just doesn't make sense. If I designed this website I'd be raked over the coals by the members of this site. Since it's you, they love it.(for the most part) Between the weird animated arrows you have to chase, clickable nav buttons you can't click, the too fast...
  2. Airplane logos

All airplane logos? That's a lot of logos.
  3. 11 foot HDU sign

I would want to see more info on what you are building before I could offer up any suggestions. Like are you going to bolt it to a wall or hang it between posts? I've done one 14 foot x 2 foot sign backed with dibond. It's too soon to tell if it was a good idea. It's been up for about a year...
  4. 11 foot HDU sign

11 x what? Single faced? I glue HDU blanks up all the time. Get some urethane glue and have at it. I have backed up single face signs with dibond but most use sintra from what I've read on the net. Most of the signs I make with HDU have two separate panels glued together over a steel frame.
  5. Houston, we have liftoff.

Clicking the button doesn't do anything. I get the little hand like there's something to click but nothing happens.
  6. Houston, we have liftoff.

Nothing happens when I click the buttons. I have to click the space above the button to go to the page. If the arrow has slid over the button I want to click the button still won't work..... I have to click the arrow. If that is how it is intended to work then it works great. I just don't really...
  7. I've run out of gas on this one

Here's a totally different take. Hope you don't mind.
  8. I've run out of gas on this one

In fairness, we still don't know what it's for or where it's going but, to me, it looks like a sign for a Victorian house of ill repute. It is pretty though.
  9. Curious About This Finish

Have a look around the smooth on site. Here is a link to cating an oil rubbed bronze plaque. I can't see why you couldn't apply a size and then sprinkle on the bronze powder. http://www.smooth-on.com/index.php?cPath=1241
  10. Before/After planning stages

    Yeah.... that's part of it.
  11. What kind of vinyl is right for me?

What is the purpose of this exercise? You may want to use paint protection film.
  12. What kind of vinyl is right for me?

    Oracal 751 baby!
  13. Before/After planning stages

No worries.... I'm a expert. My wife has it.:Big Laugh
  14. I've run out of gas on this one

I never said the freakin wolves were too red.... I said they were pink. Pay attention man.
  15. Houston, we have liftoff.

I design my own websites.(they're awesome....honest!) but the most interesting thing about them is if you're with a client in their office and you say,"open up my website", to show them something. They open the site and then bumble around like this is the very first website they have ever been...
  16. Before/After planning stages

It's called OCD. You'll be fine. Deep breaths.....
  17. Merchant Warning - Killer Graphics

33 members and 5 guests are viewing this as I write. Seems to me if you're a vender here you better keep your nose clean.
  18. Sign licences

Don't get me started..... An unlicenced window letterer might inadvertantly use lead based vinyl and then where would all be?
  19. Houston, we have liftoff.

Getting rid of the sliding arrow thing would do it. The sub page nav bar works great.... maybe you could just use that on all the pages?
  20. Sign licences

There were many deaths before the city implemented this rule of having a licenced contractor do window lettering on doors. Can't be too careful.
