They have snap together white grommets. That is probably what you are looking for.

Nylon washers, holds up better than acrylic, metal or pvc. Easier to get at different thickness and diameters. But your just wondering if anybody has seen this set up before or your looking to purchase some washers as they have.

Go with SignTeam if you have a problem with Signs365. Seems they can hold your hand through the process so it comes out the way you need it.
Signs 365 will not give you that one on one you seem to need. Probably quality will be the same or maybe better for your project.
I use an epoxy primer, AwlGrip 545 epoxy primer, two part mix and get the brushable thinner. Foam roller and prime entire sign after you strip it.
But as Brad mentioned about the SW primer probably is cheaper and easier to get in Colorado.

I have been using 8519 cast lam on the 3551 and just switched over to Arlon3220L to give it a try.
Will try the 8508 and see how that works because it is cast and has a good price.
