Sorry, should have posted the picture again. The posts are about 1" x 2.5" x 60" with holes at the top for riders and slots to attach the signs. I've got about 20 suppliers for 48" posts but can't find a 60" post.

Ask yourself this....how often have you used the BBB for company info, to file a complaint, or to find a supplier? Personally I can say I've never done it and wouldn't even know where to start looking if I did want to use them. Ask them to let you join for free and you'll give them 20%...

One other option....get a 19 ounce webbing blank from Fellers with the webbing extended. Use the webbing in the ratchet part of a ratchet strap.

I've got a roll of stock banner material on the table that does that. This is just speculation from observation but it seems like the vinyl itself is brittle. It feels okay on the roll or as a finished banner but if it gets a crease in it or a dimple you get the flaking you're showing...
