I also do a lot of large office glass installs.
Arlon etch is great along with 3M and Oracal are great also.
Wet apply always. Have tried the bubble free from MacTac but did not like the streaks, Applying the others wet looks better and it is quick to install once you know how.
Why do you want to release the clipping masks. Are you printing from the files or cutting vinyl from them.
I am with Vector Doc on how to release them with Illustrator.
If it is the 3M 7725 SE series dusted crystal is should be cast material and it will lay fat once you apply it wet and you can flatten out any imperfections. My only concern would be how old the material is, looks like it has been folded up for a while.
Like mentioned, might help to lay flat...

If you are using a gmail, yahoo or excite account with Outlook you can go to Gmail or other website and log in from there and maybe the attachment is still on their sites.
Or tell your customer you pulled a "gabagoo" and deleted the attachment and need it resent.
Thanks for the explaination, have not used OneShot since they cleaned it up.
Do you prep your ACM before you use the lettering enamels with enamel paint or just the factory finish they have on the ACM.
I am sure you had a good reason but why didn't you just cut in the red around the yellow copy on that bottom copy. Is it because of the brush strokes showing up to much?
Don't take it wrong on my question, the sign came out beautiful the way you did it.
