I'm not real sure what the correct answer to this would be, I would think in this day and age, we should be able to cut dead on...but I have the same problem sometimes that you do. It can be the simplest thing ever...and it won't cut straight.

TEN A DAY!? I need to double check that then. They told us no more than ten per month and we had to walk back out with a bunch of them in hand and sit on them for a month.

I'd recommend one of these too. It's made by saw-trax but it cuts the flutes of 10Mil Cor-X really easy and is awesome. I think I got it on amazon.com for like $38.50. Totally worth it and only used it on one job. Just got it Friday though too.

No computers seem to come with discs to reinstall anymore...it's always a partition on the hard drive. It's really easy and simple to do now though...so that's nice. I do it to most of my machines once every couple years when I realize they've become sluggish.

If they are going to rip everyone off, the least they could do is just order blank unhemmed ungrommeted banners. Since they just use the shipping to make their dough anyway. I guess that's what being a douche is all about though...ripping everyone off as bad as you can.
