    +1 ladders+plank love my little giant system! plank extends to 15', makes for easy wall mural install as well! they're a bit pricey on the front-end, but these things last forever and I can fit the whole thing in the back of my subaru. ...so they've basically paid for themselves in gas mileage...

    head wash you need cleaning cartridges. don't start this unless you actually have them handy. nozzle wash you just need the solution to fill the caps. the machine will keep the caps from draining while the heads park on them and soak for the 1-99min. that you designate in the menu.

    pumps, caps, head replacements and you don't know how to run maintenance on the machine? no wonder you have issues :) no biggie. Function menu > Maintenance > Nozzle Wash fill the caps with cleaning solution, press enter when prompted. p.s. I ran Disway Wash twice a week, Nozzle Wash at least...

    phototex! ...assuming you only have to cover-up blocks of graphics. conforms well to simple curves, but won't wrap complex stuff like wrap vinyl does. get the opaque version, as their regular stuff is slightly transparent and would reveal watermark of the graphic underneath.
