ice graphics don't matter as much.... anything that will stick to painted concrete & withstand the elements.
hockey rink is concrete flooring, iced-over painted white, painted striping, and then iced-over again.
fiberglass paneling, most likely. go with something high tack, like Arlon DPF8000 to be safe ....otherwise try a sample of your regular wall logo vinyl, could work just fine.
about 15yd of 54-60" should do ya. I wanna say 10yd, but it's cutting it close.
...PVO doesn't have Porshe, but if compared to a corvette... it's approx. 10-14 linear ft. long, x3 (sidesx2, hood/top/back)
attached measurements of corvette/audi
just another day across the pond.
I wonder if the goat is actually hanging-on, or if he tied it's feet together to create a backpack... which is what I'd do, assuming I needed-to :)
looks like a double-sided print (my hp26500 has this feature) on polycarbonate, laminated of course, and then laminating mounting adhesive to one side prior to cut/application.
I do it both ways, depending on the application. two prints on face, or print/reverseprint face/back. (clear/whitetrans, of course, dual white trans. dulls the light too much)
..and both methods look INCREDIBLE!!!
if you put a reversed print on the backside of the translucent panel, the...
excellent! thanks!
engraver's MT at least gets me started.... i can stripe/"tool" it myself, only a dozen numbers and they're just throwaway decorations anways :)
+1 ladders+plank
love my little giant system! plank extends to 15', makes for easy wall mural install as well!
they're a bit pricey on the front-end, but these things last forever and I can fit the whole thing in the back of my subaru. ...so they've basically paid for themselves in gas mileage...
any idea for the "2"?
....have to match some table decorations we've already ordered, and parents decided to add a few more tables to the dinner/reception :(
head wash you need cleaning cartridges. don't start this unless you actually have them handy.
nozzle wash you just need the solution to fill the caps. the machine will keep the caps from draining while the heads park on them and soak for the 1-99min. that you designate in the menu.
pumps, caps, head replacements and you don't know how to run maintenance on the machine?
no wonder you have issues :)
no biggie. Function menu > Maintenance > Nozzle Wash
fill the caps with cleaning solution, press enter when prompted.
p.s. I ran Disway Wash twice a week, Nozzle Wash at least...
was the magenta acting goofy before all of your replacements?
you might just have some gunk on that part of the printhead, and even though you're not supposed to touch the bottom of the printhead... I've been able to take a foam swab that is saturated in cleaning solution and give the bottom of...
phototex! ...assuming you only have to cover-up blocks of graphics. conforms well to simple curves, but won't wrap complex stuff like wrap vinyl does.
get the opaque version, as their regular stuff is slightly transparent and would reveal watermark of the graphic underneath.
Not my place to speak on your behalf, BUT if it was me:
"Thanks for the follow-up, although I am still in the same situation I have been for the past year despite your conflicting concern of public image. We are all here on these forums to learn from each others' experiences and feel that...
p.s. Any interest in a used 54" Mimaki Jv3? Got one here at my shop that needs a new-home, and I'm a 30min. drive away from you :)
needs a little love, but a great printer to pickup for under $4k.
