    I get it Phil. You are in a different, though related, type of business and getting paid for your time is the only way you make an income. You're not making a profit from marking up materials or labor, it's strictly a time based income. What I can't believe is business bitched about a $15 fee.

    If it doesn't have the file type of the new software you may find that an .ai or .eps export will import just fine into your new software. Sometimes it requires a little experimenting to see which works best.

    As others suggested I would put the ball in his court...politely, asking what he thinks is fair since you usual policy is no returns. I'd hope for a compromise of a 50/50 split and he keeps the signs.

    We did a couple 10'x7' wall murals in the same area, don't remember if it was Photex or another brand, and they have held well. But I it sounds like I should go with something a little more aggressive.

    I have a job to apply 2'x12' panels on a sloped wall/ceiling. I would like to use something that can be removed but will stick well. Is phototex or similar a good product? I have only used it on flat walls.
