75 to 100 dpi for the final artwork at full production size is fine for a wrap.
Nice part of working in Draw is that you can work at full scale with both bitmaps and vectors and will have an idea of the final quality early on.
If you have pretty good bitmaps to start out with you can drop...

Good advice on the lighting, there are some high end designers on this list that have tripped up on that more than once.

In 8.6 (8.1 should be the same) you can find it when you pull up the job manager from the production manager.
It is the 7th tab over from the left - "color adjustment"
In there you can pull all the channels down at one time or single channels by selecting each one.
10% off all channels is a good...
HH66 takes some time to get good at laying down a smooth even coat.
It's easy to goof up at first.
With some practice and a couple of tricks it is as fast as tape and the bond is much stronger.

The image they are showing is a thermal head.
pc12 is ribbon based (thermal) thermal printer.

I tried using a syringe to inject 94 into a void like that, result was bad.
The primer needs to be semi-dry & tacky before it touches the vinyl.
It melted my 180c on contact.

I think Gemini track letters max out at about a foot tall , 2 foot might have to be a custom job. Throw a rock at it and see falls down......
