  1. Any way to create tiles in Photoshop?

With large files we take them down to at least 50% size, more often than not 25%. Then we tell the RIP either 200% or 400% scaling. The RIP will determine panels which we double check. Easy Peasy.

I have one. Took a lot of "tuning" after assembly. Works good for my needs, but I don't cut anything heavy. Just foam cored pvc and coro. Haven't tried to cut glass or acrylic. At some point I am going to machine a new blade holder so I can use utility knife blades.

They are stealing most if not all. Every one of the "sticker" shops in the mall has failed as well as ones not in the mall. Wife and I mark the start date when they open and make bets on the day they close. Never takes more than a few months. Case in point: Harley Davidson licenses NOTHING...

  16. All this talk all the time about price... price... price.............

When there is mass price consistency of a given product it then becomes a commodity. It seems parts of our industry have been moving in that direction. Now more than ever I push the value side. Simple things like saying what you mean and doing what you say on time every time. Follow...

Find the issue of WRAPS magazine with the blue VW on the front. Lots of good tips regarding lamination. The other thing to remember is laminating is an art not science. You will have to get used to the way your machine runs. You will not bend it to your will. It took me a long while to...
