  4. training

NWTC in Wisconsin offers online courses, but beware. If the employee is not dedicated and willing to set aside time everyday for coursework it will be a waste of money. Online courses are normally accelerated too, which means they will have to knock out a semesters work in eight weeks...

Rep dropped off an 1100' roll of 4mil poly tubing yesterday. So I practiced. Until the wife said to stop bagging every frickin' thing on her desk. No sense of humor some days.

I bid jobs like that then turn them over to a very large shop I work with. I let them deal with getting permits, crane licensing, inspections, having certified help etc... It may be a strange relationship for some, but it works. They can install anything, anywhere up to 140' crane reach.

  17. Recommend a plotter to me.

Summa. We have a 24" and are looking at their 54". Our present Summa is about 15 years old and was beat mercilessly for 10 of those. Wife and I were reminiscing about the good old days when we'd load a 50 yard roll and leave for dinner. We came back to perfectly cut graphics every time.
  18. trying to draw ripped effect

It just needs some dimensional shading and the ends of the shred need to be curved and shaded. I played around with shreds way back when. You need to "push" the shade off the interior with a drop shadow also. Until I did some shading work they didn't look right.
  19. Bacon 2013!

Gino made me think of the breakfast sausage seasoning we get from the Amish. Just mix it to taste in lean ground pork. Has a nice bit of zip for those "foggy" mornings.
