When you guys say the inspecting of cabinets what are these inspectors to follow? The inspectors that inspect per the NEC use interpretation to determine if something passes or not. In the same area I have had one inspector pass an install did the exact same thing and another inspector fail it...

Well you have the end customers name so I would call them and see if this really did happen, if they say yes, I would then tell them that you have not seen any design nor have you printed and installed one yet! This all sounds shady to me!
