Mine has ALWAYS surprised me w/ no ink. It will go from 20% sometimes to 1% in a matter of a minute. Just gotta keep extra's around at anything around 40% now days just in case. I've had OEM and Bordeaux inks, both did it.

That musta been quite a setup to steal a 54" printer. Hope it works out. We like our JV3 cutter and printer separate setup. I have nothing to compare it to though.

We have about five other shops in our tiny town, and several "print shops" as well. Friends w/ all the print shops, and we all refer people back and fourth. Far as the other sign shops, I'm not really "friends" with any of them, but there is only one out of those five that I actually respect...

Dude, if you are losing $2,000 on something CALL A TECHNICIAN! They wouldn't be that much to get out there, so worst case scenario is you don't lose as much as before!
