I do 4x8s on 4X4 posts with a bag of crete in each hole and never had a problem. 6x6 with crete is going nowhere. When I first started the guy I worked for never used concrete for jobs like that, 36" deep holes and compact the hell out of the fill (which always had rocks), concrete is easier...
Walnut is not a good material for an outside sign. I have made many wood signs over the years and have had good luck making them last with 2 part marine varnish, but it is still risky. Also, what's the point of using a material like this for an exterior sign that has to be legible from 30 feet...
Gold leaf for the letters would be my choice. Or a dark stain on either the background or the copy. The difficulty is keeping the stain/leaf where you want it. For leaf or paint I would seal & clear coat the whole thing first.
I agree that getting quotes for custom items may take a couple days...but I can figure out 99% of my quotes, including custom jobs, using their online tools.
For safety stickers...or ever? In 40 years, never. Only two issues I know of personally was a store I did that had to change their name because it was trademarked by a TV show
and a mural artist who I did some text patterns for who copied a famous painters work.
We have an assortment...Rapid Remover, Goop, 900 (from auto paint supplier, some spray cleaner from our dust off supplier that works really well, ...there's a whole shelf of stuff.
Seems like one cleaner isn't effective on everything.

When turning off a breaker a piece of tape with a warning to leave off is an easy safety step if you don't have "lock out/tag out" kits.
