  18. Aluminum Channel Letters Help!

    1/8" pop rivots are the only way to go, and lots of em. we have the rivot-stamp machine, and its AWESOME, but if this is a one-off job... its hardly worth the cost of new equipment. channel letter coil is too thin to be welded properly.

    set a nozzle wash and power-down the machine overnight. come back in the a.m., do a strong cleaning, and a fill up ink, and try a test print again. if that doesn't work.... you may have broken the manifold between the damper/printhead or even simpler, an empty print cartridge thats still...
