the only time i install wet every time is race car numbers with cut vinyl. i try to do it all dry nowadays esp with my cradle too. there's a vid on dale's site i did installing a digital print w/o lam or mask with my B.S. cradle tool on standard 4 mil coro....
however its a pretty much fool...
at the Harpoon BBQ fest that i went to recently a vendor was selling bacon wrapped in sausage wrapped in bacon and deep fried to a crispy little ball of perfect.
i avoided it because bacongasms in public aren't a pretty sight.
i'd print/lam a 2x4 foot fifty dollar bill on 3621(removable) and stick it to his truck....and watch as he just pulled it off in one fell swoop and doesn't know why...haha.
3621 with lam is great for that. 3164 without lam is mint too..4 mils thick easy to apply and comes off decently. I printed a few hundred small decals on 3164 for a car show/autograph session kinda thing last week no lam, no tape...none of my customers complained and i was there ;)

i don't mind the checkers at all...esp at a race shop. most any race shop clients will LOVE it too...its all about the sign's audience, imo.
the fonts are wonky though. keep working at it, trying different fonts.
yeah, i get that Gino...for sure. i want it to look good and not be prone to failure. I've used that oracal combination myself all over the place, just not on a glass door.
its 4-5 spot colors, so i'd hate to quote it in cast cut vinyl...ugh.
so if anyone has had good luck with any or...
Hello i have a print/cut job to do that's being applied to a glass door.
what would you advise that i use? Its not a simple circle/square..it has some lettering and some semi intricate shapes that are being contour cut.
i have 3651RA/210 set up but was worried about its overall...
