I am having a problem attempting to make fonts larger. the largest I can make them is 3,000 pt (which isn't that large). It seems the only way I can make it any larger is to convert the font/word to curves. It this normal or is there a setting somewhere I am missing?

Not sure how in illustrator, but in coreldraw its called a bevel effect I believe.

Just my 2cents worth, it looks like in the set up the crop marks were off or the material wasn't running straight. I have had similar issues in the past with my Roland, but never that far off.

If your asking what I think you are, I have mounted panels between two posts before using the metal plywood clips they put between sheets of plywood on a roof. Bend the brackets to mount to the post, the slide the gatorplast in them and through bolt/screw. Works great as a temporary option.

I use the rule of 1/4" depth. Its obviously hard to measure that so I gauge it by eye and what looks good on it. Not sure what everyone else uses to laminate boards, but I laminate my own using West Marine 2 part epoxy. Never had a joint come apart.
