We've used laser cut patterns out of 1/8 or 1/4" acrylic that we laser cut. I guess it will all come down to what processes you have to make the jigs - laser or CNC cut. I don't see why coro wouldn't work also.
Agreed on the bridge book. I just bought this one, although I got a small discount for Cyber Monday. Looks like it's $220 + Shipping and/or tax.

We try to always include: file handling, initial setup/testing, tooling costs, loading and unloading guesstimates and any prep work needed to clean/handle for bulk packing or assembly.
Dave, I have someone that does this stuff. I think we lost their sample books in the flooding after IDA, but I should be able to find their information.
We use Wyld GFI and have nothing but great results with their team. I feel like it's been close to 20years that we've been working with them. I don't know the folks at Firesprint other than following them on here, but they seem well equipped, organized and should fit the bill too.
I always found that textured steel to need a really good wipe down and installation with some heat to get it to lay into the texture. It's not many that's I've hung on that stuff, but there's plenty of good advice in the thread on what to do.
Yes, this is my understanding too. UV inks are NOT 100% cured once off the printing press. I also thought that elastic or bendable inks cured even less.
We use this stuff a lot: https://www.innovative-laminations.com/en/products/
We just buy it with adhesive backing or add adhesive and mount it to whatever we're cutting.
Whoa! Thank's Tomi G, I didn't know that was available. I use a plug in for dimension call outs from Hot Door called Cad tools and they've got a step and repeat option, but it's great to know it's also available in illustrator.
We've put up the mactac bubble free stuff wet plenty of times too. It can be really finnicky to hang large panels dry with that stuff. It's honestly one of the cheapest frosted vinyls I've used and it does print quite well.
