More than likely it is what Royal Sovereign called the Frequency Generator. It is a common fail part on the Sigmonts. It should be located in the area that I have circled in the attached image.
Ok, if I am understanding you correctly, the cutter is treating the job like segments and kiss cutting segment 1 and then thru cutting segment 1 before moving on to segment 2 where it repeats that pattern? If that is what it is doing then there is a setting on the cutter called OPOS Paneling...
That sounds like a bug in Onyx, the cutter will definitely cut the job that way if the cut file is created by the rip correctly. Are you setting up the number of copies in the artwork or are you telling Onyx to print x number of copies?
The below PDF guide from Onyx should help. You need to assign different spot colors in your job, one for the thru cut and one for the kiss cut. Then in Onyx Cut Server make sure that the layer that has the Kiss Cut is listed at the top of the Layers section. This should tell the cutter to run...
Our county came around all the major industrial complexes a about 10 years ago and did an audit. At the time we were using kitty litter. We were told that we can't do that any longer and that we had to get a disposal company to remove it. They said that they would be back to check if we had...
I forgot the mention that there is normally an option to "apply for a temporary code" in the software. It doesn't actually apply for anything but it does allow the software to run for 3 days without the code. This option is only available for use 1 time per board.
It should be located in the...
The encryption code is tied to the board in the printer. There isn't a generic one that works for all of them. You will have to work with the tech to get the correct one for your unit.
The 661 can be inked up with either the UH21 or the US11 inks but the two ink sets are not compactable with each other. Unless something has changed recently that I am unaware of, you have to replace the entire ink delivery system to switch ink types. This includes all ink lines, maintenance...

It is part of the umbilical in the printer that also has the ink lines. As the umbilical moves back and forth with the carriage it rubes against the ink lines and the clips that hold it all together causing the outside shielding to wear out. Once that happens the electrical wires within the...
The trailing cable is the cable that sends the data from the lower parts of the printer to the board on the carriage. The OP's cable failed and as the cable is bent in the failed spot it causes communication issues to the carriage board and that causes the print heads to fire. The heads are...
The trailing cable in the printer failed. If you are in the US you can purchase it from our website and install it yourself.

The problem with HP’s US technical support is typically caused by the “national” HP 2-in-1 Resellers that only ship a box and don’t train the end user and give little to no support after the sale. This fills HP’s call queue up with calls for basic support questions and causes delays in replies...
HP Polestar was the code name for the HP Latex 700/800 Series when it was under development. I haven't tried it on my demo unit but that would probably be the one to use.
