Care to elaborate on what you mean by "occasional routine maintenance" out of the scope of what an owner/operator can handle?
You mean recalibration of major systems on a regular basis to get those kinds of production hours out of the machine?
I'm not sure if you're understanding what I'm asking.
Are people heat bending HIPS w/out cracking?
Are people bending coroplast w/out cracking? 4,5 & 6mil Coro?
I disagree, it largely remains blurry in the perf/lam combo's I've installed. That's with Clearfocus product. Most people I'm installing for now omit the lam altogether and that's in the Northeast where weather runs the gamut.
The learning curve to fix 90% of your problems with one of these presses and the knowledgebase available would be what I'd be concerned most with investing in something like this.
I"m definitely interested if UV users have experience with these. Specifically if they're running one of the two systems that can do a backwards draw. I think we'll take the plunge on one anyway, but I can't get any references from these guys from actual UV users.
