  1. 1641SR reviews?

Thanks, I'm waiting on some sample prints. The footprint of this is smaller then the Epson, and the price is pretty good. Can't wait to see the output with our files.
  2. Question What Printer would you stake your business on?

Hey 2CT Media can you post an update on how the new UV printer is working out for you guys, compare print quality to your 570's, etc? Thanks!
  3. 1641SR reviews?

Hey All, Just curious if anyone is running one of these yet, as they are fairly new models and the pricing is pretty good. Comparing this to the Epson SureColor S40600, both cmyk, both single head. Use case is indoor stickers/decals with close up viewing, which the HP Latex is horrible for.
  4. Metallic Vinyl Stickers

    Expensive process for stickers.
  5. Metallic Vinyl Stickers

    Thanks P Wagner!
  6. Metallic Vinyl Stickers

Not sure, they don't list latex as a supported ink option. I wonder if the heat is too much for this material?
  7. Metallic Vinyl Stickers

Assume this material won't do well with Latex heat?
  8. Metallic Vinyl Stickers

Link to an example of their work? Also what material have you tried so far?
  9. Desktop Flatbed UV Printer

https://www.logojet.com/default.asp gets a lot of love, expensive though.
  10. Hp 560 or Epson s60600

The variable droplet size isn't unique, mutoh and mimaki also have variable size.
  11. Hp 560 or Epson s60600

Reminds me of some pretty stupid video that HP latex marketing put out talking about the advantage of them having such a large fixed picoliter droplet size.
  12. Hp 560 or Epson s60600

Yes, and they destroyed my print heads. Also, if you want to pimp your stuff on here you need to be a merchant member -> https://signs101.com/pember/membership-new
  13. Hp 560 or Epson s60600

Use a cheap heater, problem solved and no grain too!
  14. advice for running small labels

20 pass will do 1200 dpi no matter what flexi says, I've been told. Won't help, as mentioned earlier the pl droplet size is HUGE on these grain train latex heaters, and it is fixed too compared to most every other vendor that makes wide format printers.
  15. Market Competition for Latex equipment

I hear ya. I bought my hp latex through grimco and they don't even service and support it which baffles me.
  16. price increases

Which makes absolutely no sense, unless they weren't paying reps for online orders.
  17. Very frustrated with cutting. hp 315

Please PM me, I'd like to try this on my HP and Summa cutters. I do very small stickers and decals 1/2 inch or so, and never has a problem cutting them. Happy to try and help, at least test your files on my setup, I use Flexi 12 and 19.
  18. Printer advice

Get an Epson and stop looking backwards.
  19. Question What Printer would you stake your business on?

Ok maybe 2 or 3 then . Also don't you need the more expensive lam for UV prints?
  20. Question What Printer would you stake your business on?

Yikes, I'd rather have 5 60600 Epson machines vs 1 of those!
