I just did a quick Q4 (720 x 1440 8 Pass Bi-Directional) profile in Onyx on our XPJ-1641SR using mostly default automated settings, it came out slightly better than the canned SAI Flexi profile.
I see! Make sure you cartridge is not expired, if is is in date, you may have a faulty valve damper for the Cyan. Were the valve dampers replaced when you changed the printhead? If so, were they genuine Mutoh parts?
February 2021 means the ink had already expired by more than 2 months. I find it is safe to use Mutoh UV ink up to one month past expiration date but after that, all sorts of problems can start showing up.
Also check the condition of the bearing on the Cursor Roller Arm Assembly, these 2 are the ones that press all the carriage bearings snug against the bearing raceways of the rail.
