    I tested a 30' run once, ran it several times with no issues using 4 registration marks. Mutoh Printer and Graphtec Cutter... Normally I try to keep them 6-8 foot just because it is easier to handle once on the table...

    There are fuses but I have never seen one blown. Unplug the machine for at least 15-30 minutes then plug back in and power on...

    Thanks for the vote of confidence... That sensor malfunction could have been found easily by simple troubleshooting skills... The machine turns on motor circuits and sensor circuits in a specifc order while booting up... There are voltage test that can be done or simply removing each device...

    looks like you may have left the head un-capped over night... Soaking the nozzles should do the trick... or the seal on the captop has some debris or dried ink on it letting air in while capped...
