    If it will not boot up there is a device bad somewhere in the system. On the MB start unplugging devices one art a time, start with the CR motor, try boot up, if no then plug it back in and try the PF Motor, if it boots up then you know... Keep doing this unril you find the device/sensor causing...

    check the ends of the cables for fraying, re-seat cables... The cables from the Headboard to the Mainboard may be bad as well... It is most likely a cable issue...

    "entitled to free healthcare from the VA" Unless the former military member has a service related injury and/or is 100% disabled they do not automatically get free healthacare from the VA. One or more gunshot wounds most always do not qualify an individual for free healthcare these days...
